We are pleased to announce that we are currently collaborating with Brimbank City Council on bridge improvement projects. These projects include bridge repair works, culvert unit replacement, bridge expansion joint replacement, guard rail installation, concrete patch repair, scour protection works and other necessary repairs. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality results that meet the standards set by the council and ensure the safety and functionality of these important structures for the community. We are committed to completing these projects efficiently and effectively and look forward to continuing our partnership with other Councils in the future.

Epoxy putty (Fosroc Nitomortar AP) was applied around the column, waiting 24 hours for the curing time before the Low viscosity Epoxy injection (Fosroc Nitofill LV) to ensure containment and proper bonding

Additional structural reinforcement was installed using galvanised steel angle brackets on all beams bolted from both sides. Deck interface reinstated
City of Kingston - Concrete Patch repair
Structure ST0020. The works were carried out in accordance with site conditions and the approved repair methodology as per Vic Roads section 689 to restore the defective stair section to a safe and serviceable condition.

The repair methodology was refined on-site to minimise demolition while improving structural performance.

City of Kingston – Boardwalk Replacement
Original split girder assessed on site. Girder was replaced in full to ensure structural integrity with Hard Wood – life expectancy 25-30 years (exceeding original scope) and then deck was replaced using timber planks like for like.
Transurban NSW FY 2026 and FY2027 Bridges, Tunnels and Gantry Signs Level 2 Inspections
BIE is working with Transurban to carry out Level 2 inspections of Sydney Motorways M2, CCT, LCT, M5SW and M5E.

Works were completed using a practical maintenance grade treatment system designed to improve durability, reduce ongoing corrosion, and extend service life.
